Most woman's vocabulary always contains the word DIET, do you agree? Only few has the luck of great metabolism, enabling them to eat a lot with no problem on fats and calories at all. Some chooses to undergo expensive operations for fast results. Others may choose other methods which maybe have some bad results after a while. 1. Drink your coffee black.
2. Switch one soft drink to diet, or one juice to water.
3. Eat the potatoes, but skip the butter.
4. Take your dressing on the side or squeeze a lemon over your salad.
5. Use one piece of bread instead of two on your sandwich.
6. Develop a taste for mustard instead of mayonnaise, turkey instead of ham and cheese.
