Feel Thinner (Even if you're not)

Need to hide those bumps? Try these, maybe these could help. Better, stay healthy.
  • Cut all the sizes out of your clothes
  • Double the water intake (to flush away the bloat)
  • Wear looser clothes (though wearing more figure-hugging ones will make you look slimmer.
  • Pull your shoulders back and your tummy in.
  • Invest in a supportive, uplifting bra.
  • Wear shoes with a bit of heel, a bit of style, a point to the toe.
  • Expose your slimmest, most attractive feature like your wrist, ankle, neckline etc., and 
  • Hide whatever makes you feel fat.
